This is version 2.0

I first wrote and recorded a version of THIS very song in January of 2010.

In the process of revisiting songs that I wrote in years past, I have been struck again by the potency of lyrics and expression as a work ages.

"World on Fire" was a song I wrote in reflection of my city living life and what I saw in myself and in the world around me.

Jessie and I re-imagined this together and it came together quickly.

The lyrics are 92% as they were all of those years ago.

We slowed the original tempo by 57 BPM.
The music and vocals are all new.
